Job Title : Desktop Support Technician

Location : Dallas TX 75201 (candidate will likely work out of Richardson as well)
Duration : 7 Months Contract (Potential for extension)

Pay Rate : $33/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Resources typical working day:

Desktop support helping a wide range of end users.
Building and supporting client hardware and software.
Responding to tickets.
Maintaining office technology.
Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level.
Backend office MS Office Support.
MS Intune.
Active Directory.
Remote management.
Incident Request Management.
Front facing customer service.

Systems/Software proficiencies:

MS Intune.
Ticketing Systems.
MS Office Suite.

Interview Process: 2 rounds

1st round - Technical/skills evaluation.

2nd round - both virtual (Teams).
