Job Title : Desktop Support Technician

Location : Dallas TX 75201 (candidate will likely work out of Richardson as well)
Duration : 7 Months Contract (Potential for extension)

Pay Rate : $33/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Resources typical working day:

  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users.
  • Building and supporting client hardware and software.
  • Responding to tickets.
  • Maintaining office technology.
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level.
  • Backend office MS Office Support.
  • MS Intune.
  • Active Directory.
  • Remote management.
  • Incident Request Management.
  • Front facing customer service.

Systems/Software proficiencies:

  • MS Intune.
  • Ticketing Systems.
  • MS Office Suite.

Interview Process: 2 rounds

  • 1st round - Technical/skills evaluation.
  • 2nd round - both virtual (Teams).
