Job description:
- Lead and deliver complex integration projects across enterprise systems and platforms.
- Develop and execute strategic project plans covering scope timelines resources and budgets
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration between business technical and vendor teams
- Ensure robust governance compliance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project financials including forecasting cost control and ROI optimization
- Apply advanced project management methodologies Agile Waterfall Hybrid for effective execution.
- Oversee integration architecture alignment and technical feasibility assessments.
- Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and bottlenecks proactively
- Communicate project status risks and escalations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability building within the PMO.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and promote delivery excellence
- Ensure seamless integration of systems with minimal disruption to business operations
