Job Description
An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven Mechanical Engineer to join a respected consulting firm in Stellenbosch. This role is ideal for a young professional ready to take ownership of mechanical projects particularly in HVAC design and implementation. If youre well-spoken detail-oriented and passionate about the built environment we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- HVAC system design implementation and construction management
- Site inspections and contractor coordination
- RFQ and tender documentation control
- Technical report writing and project documentation
- Collaboration across MEFP disciplines (Fire Wet Services)
Requirements:
- BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of SANS 10400 Part-O (Lighting & Ventilation)
- Experience in HVAC commissioning and BOQ/spec compilation
- Passport required for potential travel
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Neat professional and confident communicator
