Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of property transfers from initiation to final registration.
- Handle all required documentation including drafting reviewing and preparing contracts and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with the applicable legal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients estate agents financial institutions and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of transfers.
- Supervise and mentor junior paralegals offering guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate case files and records.
Qualifications & Experience:- At least 4 years of experience in transfers.
- Solid understanding of the property transfer process and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A legal qualification or paralegal certification would be advantageous.
Salary:The salary offer will be market related considering the successful candidates qualifications skills and experience.
