Description:
- Full time permanent position
- Schedule depends on the location
- Ability to see all ages - pediatrics to adults
- Manages ambulatory Family Medicine primary care medical practice by eliciting patient histories performing physical examinations providing accurate clinical diagnoses prescribing evidence-based and cost-effective treatments and providing patient education.
Profile we need:
- Must speak Spanish at a 7 out of 10 score or better many patients are older with hearing issues and they only speak Spanish
- Someone aligned with their mission and values
- Someone good with EHR
- Must work well in teams PCMH model MAs Receptionist Care Coordinators and Care Managers
