Chevrolet of Naperville is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / General Sales Manager to help take our sales operations to another level. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive sales management and the ability to lead a team toward achieving consistent results while maintaining a strong focus on customersatisfaction.
This full-time role works four week days and Saturdays and offers acompetitive salary range of $150000 a year.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve volume gross and customer satisfaction goals
- Oversee daily sales operations for new and pre-owned departments
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and profitability
- Monitor leads inventory and deal structures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish accountability through performance tracking and regular reviews/training
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Must have impeccable references
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems digital retail tools and inventory management
- Ability to balance volume gross profit and CSI objectives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be an Expert in using Vauto
- General Motors experience is a major plus
