Job Summary
FINANCE MANAGER
Earning potential: $100k annually
Description of the Role:
Kline Nissan is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Maplewood MN. We are looking for an energetic hard working individual with strong leadership skills and a great attitude!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process.
- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal guidelines.
- Prepares paperwork contracts and delivers deals.
- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Maintain Klines reputation of high customer service by advocating for customers resolving issues answering questions thoroughly and maintaining a high CSI.
Requirements:
- Experience Required - 3 years in retail automotive finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with finance and dealership management software.
- Professional appearance.
