Position : React Native Engineer (Mexico-based)
Work Hours (Client) : US Work Hours
Pay Range : $3500 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : Mexico
Work Location : REMOTE
Type of Contract : Independent Contractor
Duties and Responsibilities:
Were looking for a React Native Engineer to join our team in Mexico. This role initially focuses on building and launching an iOS app from the ground up including geolocation/GPS features and publishing the app to the App Store.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Implement geolocation/GPS features for mobile.
- Launch an iOS app to the App Store including working with iOS developer tools and processes.
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver a high-quality app.
- Contribute to building a new codebase and infrastructure from scratch.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 5 years of related experience
- Based in Mexico with strong English communication skills.
- Deep experience with React Native including publishing iOS apps to the App Store.
- Familiarity with iOS developer tools and processes.
- Primarily frontend-focused but any PHP/Laravel experience is a plus.
- Experience with geolocation/GPS integration (nice to have).
- Familiarity with using AI tools (nice to have).
- Experience with Git version control
