Job Summary
Tender and GEM specialist is responsible for the development performance and maintenance of the tender process activities of the organisation to obtain maximum efficiency quality service and profitability for the organisation.
Job Responsibilities / Duties
Graduate/Masters in science from reputed Universities/Colleges/Institutes
CTC: 25-30K per month or negotiable depending on candidates ability
Skills
Experienced 2 years preferred with Industrial Exposure in tendering and bidding

Job Responsibilities / Duties
- Preparation of Technical & Commercial Bid Prepare and maintained MIS of EMD Tender Fee Performance Bank Guarantee and Other Contract Documents.
- Pre-bid meeting participation and preparing representations for amendments
- Prepare Gross Margin Reports & Price Simulation with Consider Benchmark and Previous Price Bid Opening Data
- Experience of Handling GEM Portal E-Commerce sites
- Uploading the bid documents (Technical & Financial) at Online E-procurement Portals.
- Experience of Operation activities prepare SO process for Billing Warranty Contracts CMC/AMC Quotation and Settle the Payments.
- Assist in awarding contract to L1 bidders with proper follow-up till the completion of contract period and process to claim for payments.
