Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Newly Qualified (NQ)

Legal 500 Practice

Birmingham

This is a superb development opportunity for a bright and newly qualified lawyer seeking a highly ranked litigation practice.

In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court including:

  • Contract disputes
  • Corporate disputes
  • Insolvency
  • Insurance
  • Professional negligence
  • Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
  • Preparing for trials including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials
  • Delivering high-quality legal advice

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent academics (2:1 degree and a distinction at LPC level)
  • Previous experience supporting High Court litigation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
