Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Newly Qualified (NQ)

Birmingham
This is a superb development opportunity for a bright and newly qualified lawyer seeking a highly ranked litigation practice.
In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court including:
- Contract disputes
- Corporate disputes
- Insolvency
- Insurance
- Professional negligence
- Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
- Preparing for trials including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials
- Delivering high-quality legal advice
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent academics (2:1 degree and a distinction at LPC level)
- Previous experience supporting High Court litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
