Our Valves team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

As a Master Scheduler you will plan and schedule the materials required to execute the business. You will works with different teams to translate the demand (forecasts/sales orders/planned orders) in to physical orders to meet customer requirements.

As a Master Scheduler you will be responsible for:

Working with sales and operations team to quote delivery lead time and convert the demand plans into physical orders

Planning and scheduling order timelines (3-10 months MPS/linear production slotting) to be consistent with customer requirements based on supply chain capacity

Working with the Product Line/Sales/Service Delivery to prioritize deliver dates as needed (push outs pull ins)

Assisting in driving product line Make to Stock/Make to Order/Configure to Order/Engineer to Order standards are implemented in the S&OP process

Performing various material management analysis such as statistical material consumption and forecasts/aged inventory/aged PO/in-transit material analysis/safety stock etc.

Implementing inventory stocking strategies. Monitoring levels of safety stock/global and aging inventory and working with regions/manufacturing plants to address accordingly

Working with the AMO organization to ensure spare parts and asset demands are captured

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or related field with 5 years experience

Have experience in order management inventory optimization and management asset utilization and management

Have Intermediate knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality

Display Ability to work with and influence stakeholders

Show Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency

Be better have APICS
