Job Summary

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide frontline troubleshooting and support for integration issues using Boomiincluding configuration networking and performance tuning.
  • Engage with customers via virtual meetings chat and emailmanagingexpectations clarifying issues and overseeing cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Diagnose root causes and deliver technical solutions; deeper investigations mayinvolve collaboration with engineering or product teams.
  • Support both real-time (API/REST/SOAP-based) and batch (SFTP/file-based) integration workflows.
  • Design and implement integration processes including connectors ( HTTP SFTPdatabases) data transformation error handling and logging.
  • Monitor performance review logs troubleshoot and resolve job failures andensure system health and reliability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and when needed elevate product feedback andenhancement requests.
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide after-hours and weekendsupport for critical integration issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Talking hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse andother computer components.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjustfocus.
  • Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Working knowledge of relational databases and extensive experience with SQLscripting (TSQL/DDL/DML) SQL Server preferred .
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript Groovy or Java for datamanipulation.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts performance tuning and database or network fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes DevOps workflows Docker/Kubernetes orinfrastructure as code tools like Terraformespecially for platform automation.
  • Strong written and verbal skills both business and technical
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused under time constraints
  • Strong problem-solving skills a patient and empathetic approach to customer
  • support and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong proficiency in inbound and outbound interfaces for various transaction sets

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in a related technical area or equivalent hands-on preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skillsthrough education training and certifications.
  • At least 2 years of technical customer-facing support experience preferably withBoomi or similar iPaaS tools.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) familiar withtroubleshooting deployment and configuration issues.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

  • Boomi platform certifications (e.g. Associate or Professional Developer)
