AI Projects Part Time Associate

Scopely is looking for an AI Projects Part Time Associate to join our People Solutions team. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) for a 6-month term with the potential to extend. The role is hybrid in Culver City CA. We offer flexibility with your schedule; however we prefer that you are available to work in the office two days per week choosing between Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

What You Will Do

As an AI Projects Part Time Associate youll play a key role in advancing Scopelys AI strategy within the People team. Youll test and evaluate tools assist with proof-of-concepts and support ongoing efforts to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency through AI.

• Test and evaluate AI tools for internal People team workflows.
• Document performance limitations and user experience feedback.
• Support proof-of-concepts involving AI chatbots copilots or task automations.
• Research and benchmark AI tools relevant to HR and operations use cases.
• Compare platforms and recommend viable options based on features and fit.
• Track and summarize trends in AI for People and employee experience functions.
• Help maintain records of internal AI pilots feedback and outcomes.
• Contribute to leadership decks summaries and strategy documentation.
• Draft weekly updates or recaps for stakeholders.
• Support development of playbooks or internal user guides for AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline People processes using AI (e.g. onboarding FAQs).
• Help gather feedback from users and summarize key insights.

What Were Looking For

• Enrolled in a degree program related to business technology psychology HR or a related field.
• Experience working with generative AI automation tools or workplace innovation.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable testing new tools troubleshooting and synthesizing feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and curiosity to explore emerging technologies

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with ChatGPT Claude Notion AI Microsoft Copilot or similar tools.
• Previous experience testing software or writing product feedback.
• Interest in the intersection of people processes and emerging tech.

For candidates in CA CO NJ NY and WA the hourly rate is 21$ per hour.
