This is a Software Engineering III position at the Director level which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What youll do in the role:
Develops and implements robust Salesforce solutions using the latest platform features including Lightning Web Components and Einstein AI.
Transforms business requirements into scalable efficient applications across multiple Salesforce clouds.
Contributes to technical strategy and application architecture decisions to maximize platform capabilities.
Optimizes existing systems to improve performance maintainability and user experience.
Ensures solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and organizations coding standards.
Designs and develops custom solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder with focus on reusability and maintainability.
Creates and maintains integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Implements automation using Flow Orchestrator and Einstein Automate to streamline complex business processes.
Conducts peer code reviews and provides technical guidance to junior developers to maintain high-quality standards.
Troubleshoots complex technical issues and implements scalable solutions across production and sandbox environments.
What youll bring to the role:
5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling security controls and sharing architecture. Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows using SFDX.
Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to balance technical solutions with business needs.
Desired Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II and Agent Specialist certifications.
Experience with Data Cloud development and Einstein features integration. Knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD automated testing and release management.
Background in implementing advanced security features including Shield Platform Encryption.
