Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder) the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.
The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzers Modern Diner) an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House) specialty restaurant (Bobs Steak & Chop House) coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20000 square foot ballroom 10000 square foot ballroom and a 4200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.

Hands on training opportunity for someone to learn various aspects of the hotel business. This culinary position is a utility player who will rotate throughout various stations and departments based upon business need.
Responsibilities
- Flexible in working various entry level service positions within the property.
- Position will rotate between various culinary spaces banquet events and between our five food and beverage outlets at the Resort. Additional departments/roles may be added based on business needs.
- Attend to and anticipate guests needs.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Attend Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars through the program.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader.
Qualifications
- Must be able to attain a valid State of Oklahoma Food Handler certification on upon hire
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal required
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in a customer service position preferred
- Willingness to learn and take on different projects
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Must be able to walk sit stand squat and lean during daily business for extended periods of time.
