Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Control Manager to oversee and enhance the standards of cleanliness safety and service delivery across our custodial operations. This role ensures that all cleaning procedures meet company expectations and client requirements while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for custodial services across multiple sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate cleanliness safety compliance and adherence to service standards.
  • Train and mentor custodial staff on best practices safety procedures and quality expectations.
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections corrective actions and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to improve staff performance and retention.
  • Recommend process improvements and new technologies to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other relevant health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in custodial janitorial or facilities management (3 years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment chemicals and safety protocols.
  • Ability to travel between job sites as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Experience with quality management systems or ISO standards.
  • Knowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives.
