DeLaval Sales AB is looking for a Market Solution Manager for Automation Milking System

As a Market Solution Manager you are part of the local organisation supporting sales. You work closely together with other Market Solution Managers and sales support and reports to the Market Area Development Manager Northern Europe who is based in Denmark.

Who are you

You are currently working in a similar role within agriculture or have otherwise acquired knowledge in technology and agriculture that is relevant to the position.

You are:

• A self-driven person who works proactively and can take responsibility for your product range.
• Structured with the ability to plan and prioritize.
• Customer-oriented has a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of dairy farmers.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Provide commercial training and roll out planning.
• First level commercial product/system support
• Evaluate market trends competitive situation and customer needs.
• Pricing & CET support (tool for system configuration)
• Ensure profitable growth within the portfolio in line with the companys strategic direction.
• Assortment maintenance at local level
• Coordinate and lead local activity/campaign implementation in conjunction with local marketing support and sales organisation.

Your qualifications/competencies

• Good knowledge of agriculture/dairy production with a good technical understanding. Education in agriculture (agronomist farm manager) or equivalent is meritorious.
• Commercial thinking with drive structure and systematics to manage your areas of responsibility and support the sales team.
• System-oriented thinking and IT competence at user level.
• Strong collaboration skills across the organization solution-oriented outgoing and a pedagogical communicator who wants to collaborate with different teams.
• Work experience; experience from the agricultural industry is desirable.
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English both spoken and written.

Other:

This is a full-time permanent position based at DeLavals headquarters in Tumba south of Stockholm. We offer a hybrid workplace model allowing flexibility to work remotely. Travel occurs both within Sweden and abroad and a B drivers license is a prerequisite for the position.
