Aufgaben

• Beantwortung von internen und externen Anfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache; schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Sales

• Mitarbeit an Supplier und Vertragsthemen wie AGB und Questionnaires

• Dokumentation von Vendordaten in bestehenden Systemen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen wie z.B. Sales Contract Management und Accounts Receivables

Anforderungen

• Du wohnst in Hamburg oder Umgebung

• Home Office möglich

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Studium der BWL VWL sonstiger (betriebs-) wirtschaftlicher bzw. kaufmännischer Hintergrund oder Jura

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und sichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Adobe; Kenntnisse in Salesforce von Vorteil

• Gutes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement

• Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit sehr hohem Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Blick für Details
