QA & QC MANAGER- SOFIA
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing
THE JOB
- Lead the QA/QC team and achieve team KPIs.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with GFSI/group standards.
- Oversee raw material reception production processes and laboratory activities.
- Manage audits certifications and supplier compliance.
- Handle non-compliance issues customer complaints and corrective actions.
- Maintain HACCP manual and organize staff quality training programs.
THE PERSON
- Higher education in Food Industry Biochemistry Chemistry or a related technical field.
- GFSI certification (minimum FSSC 22000 v6).
- Minimum 5 years of proven QA/QC experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- B2 English and a valid Category B driving license.
- Strong leadership critical thinking attention to detail adaptability and effective communication skills.
