Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and event management with a strong focus on the Australian market.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation digital marketing and end-to-end event execution.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Exposure to the Asian financial marketplace and experience in a global matrixed organization.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset and openness to AI and automation in marketing.


Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or event management are a plus.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy tailored to the Australian market aligned with APAC commercial goals.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) personas and messaging in collaboration with commercial strategists and campaign managers.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across digital content and event channels to drive pipeline growth and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Support content creation for campaigns and demand generation efforts.
  • Utilize marketing automation (e.g. Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage campaigns analyze performance and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across APAC.

Event Management & Outreach

  • Plan and deliver high-impact in-person and virtual events including conferences roundtables webinars and sponsored engagements.
  • Oversee all event logistics: venue sourcing vendor negotiation catering AV setup collateral and on-site execution.
  • Create event marketing plans including audience targeting promotional content and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • Ensure seamless execution and high attendee satisfaction through meticulous planning and stakeholder coordination.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance using KPIs and analytics dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance future marketing and event initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing and event data in internal systems.
