Job Summary
We are seeking an Insurance Account Manager for our office in Freehold NJ that is comfortable with both Personal lines and small commercial lines Active New Jersey P&C License required.
Responsibilities
Quote bind and issue new policies for auto home and commercial insurance.
Review client accounts to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
Handle renewals endorsements audits and rewrites.
Provide policy explanations claims guidance and ongoing client service.
Maintain accurate records in the Agency Management System.
Prospect and initiate new business sales
Answer the phone
Qualifications
Active New Jersey P&C License required.
2 years of experience in an independent insurance agency including both personal and commercial lines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate
Proficiency in agency management systems (EZLynx Applied TAM or similar).
