Do you love cars technology and helping people
Jay Honda is seeking aHonda Brand Ambassador a customer-focused support role. As a Product Specialist youll become the go-to resource for all things Honda: product features technology safety and the latest innovations. Youll educate customers create exceptional first impressions and help people feel confident and excited about their new Honda.
What Youll Do
Act as aHonda product expertfor guests in the showroom and service lounge.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of Honda vehicles features and technologies.
- Assist in locating and transporting vehicles for customers.
Conductvehicle deliverieswith new owners ensuring they understand every feature of their car.
Assist sales staff by providing product knowledge support and answering technical questions.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Honda models trims safety systems and technology.
Host one-on-one sessions for customers.
Deliver anexceptional guest experiencethat builds trust and long-term loyalty.
What Were Looking For
Passion for theHonda brand cars and technology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Friendly patient and approachable personality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical features.
Retail hospitality or customer service experience preferred (auto industry experience a plus but not required).
Must have a valid drivers license with minimal points.
