Job Summary

The IT Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Helpdesk providing leadership and support to the team responsible for end-user support application support database management and phone system maintenance. Additionally the role involves overseeing configuration management problem and change management and contributing to business continuity planning.

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance provide feedback and identify opportunities for development

Supervise the Helpdesk team to ensure efficient and timely resolution of IT issues

Coordinate the support of enterprise applications ensuring minimal downtime

Oversee database administration and ensure data integrity security and backups

Supervise the configuration maintenance and support of the organizations phone systems

Sample of Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Bachelors Degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field

3-5 years of experience in IT support with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong technical knowledge of helpdesk operations configuration management problem and change management database management application support and phone systems

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills

Starting Pay Rate: $90900
