Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking apart-time Nurse Practitioner (1 day/week)to join our team at Heritage TrailCorrectional Facilitylocated inPlainfield Indiana.
TheNurse Practitionerworks under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team performing assessments diagnosing patients and medication management.
Qualifications
- Active unrestricted Indiana APRN license
- Active unrestricted DEA
- Ability to pass credentialing and background
Shift
- Day Shift
- Monday-Friday - Your choice of day
- No nights holidays or weekends
