Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join a precision-focused team in West Tulsa. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented safety-minded and capable of producing high-quality machined parts using a variety of manual equipment. Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual lathes turret lathes and boring mills to machine parts to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and job orders.
Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools such as micrometers calipers and gauges.
Select proper tools cutting speeds and feed rates for each job.
Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain tolerances.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve machining issues.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Manual Machinist.
Strong ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
Skilled with precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of machining practices feeds speeds and tooling.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
