Job Role: Performance CoE Lead
Core Responsibilities:
- Define vision mission and goals for the Performance Testing Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Develop a long-term performance testing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and lead a high-performing performance testing team.
- Provide training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies.
- Implement initiatives to improve performance testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
- Define and track metrics for CoE success.
- Report performance testing outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
