Job Role: Performance CoE Lead

Core Responsibilities:

Define vision mission and goals for the Performance Testing Center of Excellence (CoE).
Develop a long-term performance testing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing performance testing team.
Provide training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.
Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets.
Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies.
Implement initiatives to improve performance testing processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
Define and track metrics for CoE success.
Report performance testing outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
