Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations in assigned portfolios
- Assist in managing A&A and fit-out works
- Monitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors
- Provide guidance support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Assist in budget control
Requirements:
- Degree / higher diploma inMechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in building services / property / facilities maintenance
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and mature able to work in a diverse environment
- Be familiar with MS applications AutoCAD project management scheduling etc.
