Marketing Assistant
Location: Carlsbad CA (McClellan - Palomar Airport)
Type: Part-time / Full-time On-site

What Youll Do as a Marketing Assistant: Youll be part of a creative and energetic team dedicated to expanding the Latitude 33 Aviation brand across digital channels in-person events and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role that offers variety and the chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable industry experience.
Charter Marketing (7080%)
- Develop and schedule engaging email campaigns
- Support client outreach and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize blog content track performance manage CRM and generate new leads
- Post offers and flight deals to social channels
Aircraft Sales & Management Support (2030%)
- Research aircraft market trends and update listings
- Prepare marketing collateral proposals and reports
- Assist with visual content creation including photoshoots and videos
- Verify listing data and coordinate follow-ups with industry contacts
- Provide data research and administrative support to the sales team
Tasks
- Keep the website fresh with compelling content and visuals
- Capture and edit photo and video content of aircraft and events
- Create marketing materials like sales sheets presentations spec sheets and social media graphics
- Curate content and manage calendars for social media platforms
- Coordinate outreach research and follow-ups with partners and vendors
- Building client VIP baskets for speciality flights

Preferred Skills
- Adobe Photoshop Lightroom InDesign Illustrator experience
- WordPress or similar CMS platform knowledge
- Social media management platforms (Hootsuite Sprout Social)
- Email marketing tools (HubSpot Mailchimp)
- Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Google Analytics Search Console and Google Ads
- Basic SEO knowledge and a passion for learning
- Interested in Travel Hospitality and Aviation
