Ansell is looking for an Sales Development Representative Inside Sales to join our Industrial team!
In this position you will play a vital role in driving sales growth as an Sales Development Representative driving new business by identifying prospects qualifying leads and setting high-quality appointments for our sales team. Youll lead with outbound outreach leverage to build pipeline and convert inbound interest into revenue opportunities. Success is measured by appointments set qualified leads and sales impact.

What your role will be
Leverage sales platforms to identify and research prospective end users through outbound calls emails and social mediaresulting in sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
Engage with prospects to uncover safety needs educate them on Ansells differentiators and drive product trials and consultative appointments with the industrial sales team.
Act as a subject matter expert to help customers identify safety challenges. Use scripts to present Ansells value-added solutions and services generating demand and new revenue opportunities.
Qualify and convert leads into sales-acceptable leads (SALs) by uncovering customer pain points and safety objectives for further sales team engagement.
Promote Ansell programs such asAnsell Guardian Chemical Guardian RightCycle and Webstoreto strengthen the Why Ansell value proposition and simplify sourcing.
Qualify marketing-generated leads based on projected annual safety spend and schedule appointments for Inside and Field Sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions contact details and pipeline activities in Salesforce (CRM) for tracking and analysis.
Provide updates to commercial sales leaders on demand generation progress including successes challenges and opportunities to improve SOPs and drive incremental sales.
Collaborate with regional field sales and marketing teams to support key industrial programs and initiatives.Assist in executing marketing campaigns to reposition next-gen product solutions stimulate new opportunities and drive competitive conversions.
What will you bring to Ansell
Industrial inside or field sales experience preferred.
3 years of solution performance-based proven selling experience required.
2 years of experience in positioning protective products (PPE) solutions.
2 years of hands-on experience with or a related CRM preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Available to travel to industry events (15%) domestically
