Keith Andrews New Zealands largest Fuso dealership representing FUSO Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Invercargill.
Were about to open a new dealership in Southland and are searching for an exceptional someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building strong customer relationships and wants to be part of a supportive people-first workplace.
What youll do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work
- Provide clear advice on service needs timeframes and costs
- Coordinate workflow between customers and our workshop team
- Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs
- Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
What youll bring:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive or transport industry an advantage)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A solutions-focused approach with the ability to juggle priorities
- Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail
- A team player attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
