Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for technical process improvements and automation across Finance and SAP systems.
- Analyse existing workflows and SAP processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies.
- Design develop and implement automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism Power Automate) and/or scripting languages (Python JavaScript SQL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance IT Business Teams Leadership) to gather requirements present solutions and manage project delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on automation technologies SAP process improvements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for automated processes SAP workflows and related business solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support on new automation tools and optimized SAP processes.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable secure and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in SAP automation and process optimization to introduce innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 912 years of experience in SAP Finance systems and process improvement with a proven track record of successful automation and system transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance principles and processes; prior experience in Finance/FinTech environments is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise in Business Process Automation (BPA) and technical process improvements.
- Proficiency in one or more automation technologies (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism Power Automate) or programming/scripting languages (Python JavaScript SQL).
- Strong background in data analysis and visualization to identify trends and track automation impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Scrum).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Finance Business or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and integration with automation platforms.
- Experience in digital finance transformation or ERP automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of workflow management tools and end-to-end process mapping.
