We are looking for a Host / Hostess - Nadaman based at Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Host / Hostess - Nadaman we rely on you to:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
- Answer telephone enquiries handle reservations and confirm daily booking
- Be responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation
- Ensure adequate menus for all meal periods are in clean and presentable standard at all times
- Assist inmenu printing and related administration work
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in maintainingguests records inthe system
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 1year of relevant experience preferably in the Hotel Industry
- Good command of spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
- Knowledge and experience in using booking system would bean advantage
