DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in this role you will oversee the full recruitment cyclefrom drafting engaging job advertisements and sourcing qualified candidates to conducting interviews and guiding managers through the hiring process. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manages endtoend recruitment activities including advertising job openings sourcing candidates conducting interviews and negotiating salaries;
- Ensures full alignment with company recruitment standards and HR policies selecting the most effective sourcing channels and assessment methods for each role to ensure high-quality hiring decisions;
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with recruitment agencies universities and HR representatives from other business areas and represents the company at job fairs and recruitment events;
- Coordinates and delivers onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires while providing ongoing recruitment support aligned with business priorities;
- Contributes to workforce planning and talent insights by preparing recruitment reports including headcount updates market analyses and compensation benchmarks; actively participates in annual training and development initiatives;
- Manages all recruitment-related documentation throughout the hiring process ensuring accuracy confidentiality and full compliance with internal guidelines and audit requirements.

- 3 years relevant experience in HR field;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of behavioral interview techniques competency-based;
- Ability to evaluate and analyze candidates;
- Experience in making informed decisions regarding cultural and role fit within the company;
- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills;
- English - advanced level;
- Good PC operating skills.
