• You have a technical or business degree such as economics property management real estate civil engineering industrial engineering supply engineering facility management etc.
• You are also welcome with a technical or commercial qualification e.g. as a real estate commercial merchant property manager office administrator bank clerk hotel clerk building service engineer / technician or similar.
• Ideally you will have professional experience in the real estate or construction industry or an interest in the hotel and real estate business.
• You are familiar with Office applications and thanks to your good comprehension skills you can operate new systems quickly and confidently.
• On our own we are only half as successful as in a team - you work across departments as well as on your own projects and enjoy exchanging ideas with your colleagues.
