To be a successful Store Supervisor at GAP you will:
- Support and step in for management when needed to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a role model to the team and support driving performances and behaviors
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and customer loyalty
- Take accountability for assigned tasks and areas of expertise
- Help maintain store standards productivity and visual presentation
- Train coach and support the team members in building skills and confidence
- Contribute to sales goals through suggestive upselling and exceptional service
- Support store openings closings and general store functional duties
About you:
- At least 6 months of strong retail experience (supervisory or team lead experience is a plus)
- A natural communicator who builds trust and motivates others
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a great service
- A proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills
- Leads with integrity and models brand values at all times
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
