Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Leads day-to-day activities and motivates sales team to achieve sales targets for product portfolio(s) within assigned region
Works with regional management to establish strategy and tactical approach for generating regional sales in support of corporate strategies and objectives
Coaches sales team providing timely feedback direction and guidance to ensure effective sales efforts
Helps secure and maintain customers through high level customer contacts
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field; marketing education/experience a plus
5-7 years pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and/or marketing
3 years as country sales manager
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
