Job Description
The High Center for Family Business at Elizabethtown College is currently accepting applications for a Peer Group Coordinator. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Senior Managing Director in organizing and coordinating 40 peer group meetings in six counties manage daily office administrative duties and assist the Finance and Events Coordinator with member events. This position also assists other High Center staff as needed. This is an on-site position. For full consideration please include cover letter resume and contact information for (3) references.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma is required; plus ten years of office organizational and customer relations experience is required; proficient with Microsoft Office suite including high level skill with mail merge feature. Other Skills Abilities and/or Training Ability to preserve confidentiality of information Ability to work independently Ability to take initiative Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work within strict deadlines Good interpersonal skills and desire to be a team player Exceptional customer service skills Excellent written communication skills (i.e. business letter writing grammar etc.) Excellent oral communication skills (i.e. ability to deal effectively with others speak professionally on the phone etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience in Salesforceand website design (ie; WordPress).
