Required Degree:PhD in economics or related field.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:The BYU Department of Economics seeks applicants for a professional faculty position from well-qualified candidates with a completed PhD in any area of economics.

Duties/Expectations:Successful candidates will show commitment to excellence in teaching mentoring and advising undergraduate students. They will also be prepared to engage in citizenship responsibilities in the department college and university.

Preference is given to qualified candidates who are members in good standing of the affiliated church The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
