Job Description
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations inventory management KPI monitoring cold chain compliance and quality assurance activitieswhile using data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
Work Scope
Power BI Dashboard & KPI Reporting
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize warehouse and transportation performance metrics.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through validation refresh cycles and troubleshooting.
Drive automation efforts to streamline reporting and dashboard reliability.
Contribute to monthly KPI review meetings with internal site teams and external SSG stakeholders.
Warehouse & Inventory Operations
Support inbound/outbound performance variance analysis and customer service reporting.
Assist in managing cold chain tracking systems (Temptale CCM) and SAP-based inventory records.
Participate in capacity analysis and quarterly forecasting exercises.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Support
Collaborate with Quality teams on CAPA follow-ups deviation investigations and SOP compliance.
Support warehouse audits and prepare documentation for GMP and SHE inspections.
Monitor export shipments waste disposal and third-party warehouse service performance.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Participate in continuous improvement projects targeting warehouse flow efficiency and system optimization.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with planning quality SHE and engineering teams.
Assist in reviewing SOPs job aids and training material for optimization and compliance.

Secondary Language(s) Job Description:
Bachelors/Undergraduate student majoring in Supply Chain Logistics Data Analytics Computer Science or related fields.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Power BI (DAX) and Power Automate.
Basic understanding of logistics operations cold chain compliance or MRP/ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data visualization skills.
Strong communication collaboration and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated eager to learn and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
