The Opportunity

Reporting to the Northern Sales Manager this full-time role sits within our Visy Specialties division and focuses on expanding our market presence across the Northern Sydney region. Youll manage and grow an established portfolio while actively driving new business through strategic prospecting and solution selling. Working collaboratively with the wider sales team and key internal stakeholders youll nurture long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to deliver value-added packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retain and grow existing accounts while building new customer relationships within the specialties packaging sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies including accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Identify process improvements for both Visy and customer operations to enhance value and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience in B2B sales business development or account management ideally within packaging manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to uncover opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
