This physician will join an employed physician group of over 1300 providers in Indianapolis IN.

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a team-oriented & skilled Non-Invasive Cardiologist who is motivated to make a difference in their community. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.
Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 49 Cardiologists 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons 7 Vascular Surgeons and approximately 50 APPs.
Fully integrated advanced program offering all services with the exception of transplantation
Chest pain accreditation with 24/7 STEMI coverage VAD accreditation structural heart program impella program heart failure program cardio-oncology pulmonary hypertension.
Licensure & Certification
American Board of Cardiology certification
Indiana medical license will be required
Desired requirements
Interest in growing an outpatient practice
Interest in Cardiac MRI & advanced imaging would be a plus but not required
Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care
Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
