Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative youll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers presenting customized home security solutions and closing sales. Youll receive comprehensive paid training hands-on support and ongoing development opportunities to help you succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to qualified leads.

• Present and sell ADT home security and smart home systems to residential and small business customers.

• Follow up on leads manage pipelines and maintain detailed CRM records.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling.

• Collaborate with teammates and managers to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience (inside sales or call center preferred).

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive goal-oriented and motivated by success.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-performance environment.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Knowledge of home security or smart home systems is a plus but not required well train you!
