Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our industrial facility. This role is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems across a range of equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM 10:30 PM)

Compensation: $27.34/hour $31.16/hour

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs on engines motors pneumatic tools and production equipment
  • Interpret technical diagrams schematics manuals and specifications to guide maintenance activities
  • Modify or design mechanical systems and recommend production methods
  • Assist with installation commissioning and construction of industrial machinery
  • Execute facility maintenance tasks including welding HVAC cabinet fabrication and general repairs
  • Ensure all work complies with operational tolerances and applicable codes
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document and manage maintenance tasks
  • Operate independently while maintaining high standards of safety quality and efficiency
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs and perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights for extended periods
  • Must be a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations and site SSA requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HVAC systems electrical maintenance welding and pipe fitting
  • Proficiency in CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
