Description:

Full time Monday - Friday
NP / PA will provide primary care to individuals including those living with or at risk of HIV
Position involves collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including nursing behavioral health and case management

Profile we need:

2 years of experience as an NP or PA in Primary Care or Infectious Disease
Bilingual in Spanish
