Description:
- Full time Monday - Friday
- NP / PA will provide primary care to individuals including those living with or at risk of HIV
- Position involves collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including nursing behavioral health and case management
Profile we need:
- 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in Primary Care or Infectious Disease
- Bilingual in Spanish
