Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)- Travel Position
Location: Green Bay WI
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12s Nights
Pay: $2117/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation RN to provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from surgery illness or injury. The Rehab RN plays a vital role in helping patients regain independence and achieve their highest possible level of functioning while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including medication administration wound care and monitoring of vital signs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on rehabilitation goals.
Educate patients and families on recovery self-care and health maintenance.
Collaborate with physicians physical/occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in medical records.
Support patients emotionally and physically during their recovery journey.
Maintain safety and infection control standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
COVID vaccine TB test
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; rehabilitation or med-surg experience
