Job Summary

Responsibilities

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges & leverage growth opportunities
Network to improvethe presence & reputation of the branch & company
Promoting & marketing the branch and its product specially funding product
Responsibility for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
Handling customer complain & resolving customer issue as well as provide excellent services to customers
As a team leader with the responsibility of fulfilling personal targets & in the future will manage the team

Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
Minimum 5 years experience in the Banking industry especially in funding products
Experience in Funding Product
Has experience to develop a team
Experience in people management skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
