Job Summary
The Stores person role is to manage and complete tasks within a busy warehouse facility and report to the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
- Managing and organising courier collections for parts
- Booking in and checking deliveries
- Liaising with sales team for preparation of machine deliveries and dispatch
- Forklift operating for operation of moving machines and parts
- Ensuring that the workflow process in the warehouse is always adhered to
- Managing and organising courier collections for parts and machines
- Ensuring stock levels are accurate at all times
- Preparing parts and machines for dispatch
Basic Qualifications
- GCSE standard education
- Counterbalance FLT licence desirable but not essential
- A good knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- SAP experience preferred
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
- Fully site based

- Must be able to work on their own initiative

- Should have an eye for detail
