Our company in Denmark is recruiting for a Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) in the Oncology Business Unit reporting to the Business Unit Director.

As a BCM in Oncology you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing and promotional strategies and activities to support the growth of our Oncology this critical role the BCM will work cross-functionally in collaboration with our Therapeutic Area Managers Market Access Digital and other functions to implement the Oncology Business Unit strategy. Furthermore you will work with the Medical Affairs team to provide critical customer insights and a coordinated approach to the implementation of promotional and non-promotional field-based activities.

The nature of your work will require you to be a strong project manager and collaborator guiding the cross-functional team and aligning around regional strategy.

Primary activities and Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Execution: Ensure successful delivery of brand strategy and commercial execution. Coordinate local activity plans and manage business outcomes.
  • Content Development: Create therapeutic and brand materials overseeing internal review and approval processes.
  • Vision and Goal Setting: Establish clear brand vision and goals with a cross-functional team prioritizing efforts and monitoring progress.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends identify commercial opportunities allocate resources and manage budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with customers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and build relationships that drive brand success.
  • Data Integration: Utilize data and insights within the marketing framework to inform decisions and evaluate outcomes.

We are looking for a person that has a can-do attitude and hunger to be leading the change instead of just adjusting to it.

You may have a university degree in Business Economics or Life science and experience in marketing or project management from a healthcare setting (for example pharma/biotech/related business) or a Strategy consultancy. You are a strong project leader that can informally lead execution of projects across the organization. You are also digital savvy have high level of analytical skills and expertise in partnering with customers building sustainable relationships and leveraging customer insights to drive solutions and strategies.

You can influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi-cultural environment. You are an excellent communicator in both English and Danish.

As a person you are ambitious curious and an executor. You have the maturity and patience required to work in a heavily regulated industry and within a strict compliance environment.
