Job Summary

What You Will Do

Develop Laboratory Competency Training.
Create training videos and other content to be uploaded on the Quality Sharepoint.
Review and update the Gage tracking process.
Create/Update any related SOPs.

How You Will Do It

You will interact with the Laboratory technicians to understand the tasks.
You will create on-line interactive training modules.
You will upload the Gage process into Sharepoint.
If time allows an create an App for the Gage process.

What We Look For

Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in Middletown DE.

Middletown Delaware is home to a distribution center that charges packages and ships the batteries used in cars boats and heavy-duty trucks. We opened in 2011 and now employ more than 350 people and operate six days per week. Our employees are actively involved in the community and support a variety of local organizations including the Middletown/Odessa/Townsend Senior Center and local fire departments.
