Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager Business Intelligence GPMO to join our team in Queretaro Atlanta or LAC!

The Senior Manager of Business Intelligence leads all BI and analytics for GPMO driving a data-driven culture and delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions. This role defines the BI vision develops and embeds KPI dashboards ensures consistent use of tools and methodologies and partners with Strategic Planning Finance and Commercial teams to align performance metrics with executive decision-making and growth priorities. Operating with full autonomy the Senior Manager proactively identifies opportunities to improve business performance and drives solutions from design to delivery.

What your role will be

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Lead and own the Business Intelligence strategy for GPMO setting the direction for how analytics and data-driven insights enable business growth and operational excellence.
  2. Serve as the leader and primary decision-maker for all BI initiatives ensuring that dashboards reporting and analytics are fully aligned with GPMO and enterprise priorities.
  3. Strategize design and implement KPI frameworks and analytics platforms driving adoption and embedding data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  4. Partner directly with executive stakeholders (Finance Strategy Commercial BU leaders) to ensure BI solutions inform strategic planning resource allocation and long-term growth.
  5. Champion a culture of analytics leading change management and capability-building efforts across GPMO and BUs.
  6. Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations proactively identifying risks opportunities and performance drivers that shape business strategy.
  7. Own the continuous improvement of BI processes and tools operating with full autonomy and accountability for results.
  8. Foster and champion predictive analytics and trend analysis to support leadership in identifying risks and opportunities.
  9. Demonstrate self-direction and initiative consistently leading enhancements and delivering impact without waiting for instruction.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelors degree in Business Data Analytics Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred.

Job Experience

810 years experience in business intelligence analytics finance or performance management within a global environment.

Knowledge Skills and Competencies

Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik) and data visualization techniques.

Demonstrated success in driving KPI adoption and building BI capability at scale.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement BI processes that support strategic planning and decision-making.

Proven ability to operate at both executive/strategic and tactical levels delivering results independently.

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence across functions.

Demonstrated ability to integrate and govern data to ensure accuracy consistency and reliability of insights.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

Desirable Competencies

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders.

Ability to partner with senior leadership and translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Flexibility and adaptability in a global fast-changing environment.
